In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of the engagement.

Any confidential or proprietary information exchanged between the parties in connection with professional services engagements shall be governed by the confidentiality provisions of the applicable Service Agreement or a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

6.1 Website Disclaimer

7. Limitation of Liability
